Viste le previsioni poco promettenti per sabato, la regata sociale e la grigliata sono spostate a domenica 2. agosto.

Da die Wettervorhersagen für Samstag nicht vielversprechend sind, wird die Clubregatta sowie das Grillieren am Sonntag, den 2. August stattfinden.

La prossima grigliata si terrà il 2. Agosto, ore 19:30, dopo la regata sociale. A disposizione griglia, cibo e bevande. Ognuno può contribuire con cibo, insalate, ecc. P.f. annunciarsi a info@ycas.ch per quantificare acquisti entro giovedì 30 luglio, grazie della comprensione. In caso di maltempo la grigliata è rinviata.

Das nächste Grillieren wir am 2 August stattfinden, um 19:30 Uhr, nach der Clubregatta. Grill, Spiese und Getränke stehen zur Verfügung. Jeder kann gerne eigene Speisen mitbringen. Um die Einkäufe zu quantifizieren, bitte sich kurz innert Donnerstag, den 30. Juli per email an info@ycas.ch anmelden. Bei schlechtem Wetter wir das Grillieren verschoben.

The YCAs A-Cat Weekend took place the 18th and 19th July 2015. Both days allowed for some very nice racing, with a stable southerly breeze between 9 and 14 knots. The spectacular foiling cats were ahead in the stronger winds thanks to their fast downwind legs, whereas the lighter conditions resulted in a more mixed field, with tactics playing a crucial role. Twelve boats took part in the event.

Lunedi 20 luglio ore 16 saremo ospiti su Rete Uno, in diretta nella puntata di "Andata e ritorno" condotta da Mirko Bordoli, per parlare delle tante attività che svolgiamo allo Yacht Club Ascona! Vita di club, scuola vela, squadre juniori e squadre agonistiche!

The Swiss-Italian Moth Open took place the 30th and 31st May 2015 in Cannobio, in collaboration with the Circolo Velico del Leone. Saturday 5 races were held in light to medium breeze, while on Sunday rainy weather did not allow for any racing. Results and some picutres are linked below.
