The YCAs Skiff WE 2018 took place between the 28th and 30th april 2018. The unstable weather conditions during the event prevented the normal thermal breeze from building and light and shifty winds made it very challenging for the race committe to place a course, and in the end three races could be completed. Results and some pictures of the event are posted below. Many thanks to all partecipants for coming and all the helpers for their precious contribution to the event. We are looking forward to seeing you all again next year, with more favourable weather conditions!

Si è svolta sabato 14 aprile la prima regata sociale della stagione 2018. Una inverna tranquilla ma stesa ha permesso alle 10 barche partecipanti di effettuare due prove. La prossima regata sociale sarà il 30 giugno, vi aspettiamo numerosi!

La FTV (Federazione Ticinese della Vela), Enrico Vaccaro e Leonardo Giannini vi invitano alla serata di approfondimento delle Regole di Regata alla Swiss Sailing League presso il Circolo Velico Lago di Lugano, Lunedì 16 aprile 2018 alle 19.00 (fino alle 22.00 ca.).

Una serata dedicata agli equipaggi che si accingono a partecipare con una squadra alla SSL Promotion League, SSL Women's Cup e SSL Youth CUP.

La serata è aperta a tutti, vi invitaimo a condividere l’informazione a velisti, simpatizzanti e appassionati.

Quest'anno verrà calcolata una classifica generale per tutte le regate sociali YCAs Cup, con premiazione alla castagnata di chiusura il 28 ottobre!

Dieses Jahr wird eine Rangliste über alle YCAs Cup Clubregattas berechnet, mit Preisverleihung beim Maroniessen zum Saisonsende am 28. Oktober!

Grazie ai numerevoli aiutanti per il loro prezioso contributio alla pulizia del parco! Siamo molto felici del risulato, in quanto il sedime del circolo appare ora molto più ordinato ed accogliente, grazie anche alla rimozione di tanto materiale da anni abbandonato e alla riorganizzazione del parco, in particolare a nord del Club House.

Herzlichen Dank an die zahlreichen Helfer für den wertvollen Beitrag beim Parkputz! Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Resultat; das Clubgelände präsentiert sich nun viel freundlicher, auch dank der Entfernung vom vielen Material, dass seit Jahren verlassen herumlag, sowie der neuorganisierung des Gelände, insbesondere in der Zone nördlich vom Klubhaus.
